By using VeloMaintaino ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
VeloMaintaino is a web application that helps cyclists track bike maintenance intervals using data from Strava. You must have a valid Strava account to use the Service. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to harm, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
VeloMaintaino accesses your Strava data (ride history, gear, and profile) via the official Strava API with your explicit authorization. You may revoke this access at any time in your Strava settings. VeloMaintaino is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava, Inc.
Your maintenance logs belong to you. We store them securely to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or display your data to third parties. You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@velomaintaino.com.
VeloMaintaino is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that maintenance interval calculations will be accurate for your specific equipment. Always use your own judgment when maintaining safety-critical bike components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeloMaintaino and its operators will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any bike-related incidents.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
